The presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed a declaration on the entry into force of the Customs Union of the three countries on this today RIA Novosti. Thus, all the contradictions between the countries, as reported previously, were removed. The Customs Union was supposed to start work even on 1 July, but due to differences of Belarus and Russia kept being postponed.
