The militants in Dagestan want to lay down arms and look out for special commission under the President of RD
One of the militants laid down their arms during a special operation in Makhachkala - Telman Gadzhimustafaev, as it turned out, was looking for an opportunity to surrender and tried to go to the Commission under the President of the Republic of Dagestan on the reintegration of persons who have decided to lay down arms and stop the extremist and terrorist activities. He even wrote a note to his father (pictured) to find the contacts of the commission.

Being in an irregular situation in August 2011, Telman Gadzhimustafaev through his friend passed on this note uncle (father's brother) to take her father. In addition, he came home to find out to determine whether to go to the chairman of the Commission - First Deputy Prime Minister RD Rizvan Kurbanov. My father was at work. The house was his mother and his wife. After the mother reported that his father was still working on this issue, Thalmann left, saying he will wait for a positive response from the father.
